Rugged, Wild, & Real...

Our new Original RIO CONCHO™ SPAGHETTI WESTERN Holster Rig is the FIRST, Production, Aged-Leather, Western Holster in the Firearms Industry. Nothing captures the rugged, wild and violent action like the many hundreds of Spaghetti Westerns that have been made over the years. And in some of those, the leather gear looked Authentic and REAL. If you want to wear a REAL, AUTHENTIC Rig, like those that were worn by Cattle Drovers, Bounty Killers and Lawmen from the Mid-1860s through the early 1880s, and not a stamped-out, loop-style rig with bullet loops----you’ll want the RIO CONCHO™. “Remember, If You Need More Than SIX---You’re in Real Trouble!” Handmade from Heavy, Hand-Selected, Prime Leather Hides: Bridle Leather, Hard Saddle Skirting and Fine Oil-Tanned Leather---All realistically aged by our own expert staff and by me, JERRY ARDOLINO, Founder of LAWMAN LEATHER GOODS™; we used to supply movie props for Ellis of Hollywood and Bapty of London. Plus, The Original RIO CONCHO™ has 4 SOLID BRASS, AGED period-style conchos and a huge heavy, SOLID BRASS Buckle---also aged by us---on the 2 ½” Wide Belt. The RIO CONCHO™ Belt has a SECRET COIN or GOLD NUGGET Pocket just aft of the buckle and a totally Original Creation: A Hand-Rubbed and oiled SADDLE LEATHER Overlay with our Maker’s Mark and 2 SOLID BRASS CONCHOS that you can securely TUCK a DERRINGER or KNIFE into. And the holster has “Rawhide” (Indian Tanned Leather X Ties) to fit Gloves or documents.

Spaghetti Westerns realistically depict the raw and wild characters of the Old West; hard men in hard times. They give insights into the outlaw, the lawman, the killers and focus in detail on a vast array of Guns and Leather Gear. Our Original RIO CONCHO™ accurately captures the look and real feel of rigs worn by real Texas Lawmen, Outlaws, and Cattlemen from the post-civil war era through the early 1900s.

I, JERRY ARDOLINO, am Executive Vice-President of LAWMAN LEATHER GOODS CORPORATION ™, and have been shooting single-action Western Guns since I was literally, a young kid. I have also collected for many years. I’m an Ex-Police Officer and a former Advisor and supplier of equipment to a Department of State Military Advisor. I’ve spent more than half my life in the State of TEXAS where, I was also a confidential business agent and operations manager for the owner of The Blanco Cattle Company of Texas.

At that time, during the 1990s, the owner of the ranch—the “O Bar O”—was in his Eighties. He had been a kid in 1920s Texas where, gun play still happened on a regular basis. And even in the 1990s, he carried a Savage 12 Gauge side-by-side Double Barrel in the trunk of his Caddy and in his Lincoln; he believed in buying all American. His father had lived in the Old West and of course, his grandfather had lived in Texas in the Early West. It was quite an operation; running around 1200 head of cattle per week. And the ranch was also a horse farm. The ranch office, with Indian rugs on the floor, large Longhorns on the wall and a safe you could walk inside of, had an open door to the corral; ranch hands would be breaking horses while we conducted our business. In the ranch owner’s Western collection—some of which, I now own—were actual rigs worn by gunmen, sheriffs and cow punchers; some bunkhouse-made and some, made by Texas saddle shops in the mid 1800s. None were fast-draw or Buscadero rigs. And although fast-draw and Buscadero styles existed in the period we call the Classic West (1930-1960) and are still being made today by some who show excellent craftsmanship; the rigs in this authentic Old West “O Bar O” Old Texas collection were well-worn and some had decorative conchos or other brass or silver pieces. A few items came out of a South Texas settlement that was called “Bo Pierce” just north of Cotulla. There is no trace left of “Bo Pierce” but the legacy of the boot and saddle makers who homesteaded there are still alive. Some elements in our LAWMAN LEATHER GOODS Original RIO CONCHO™ have been drawn from those; although the angled straps, Derringer Pocket Overlay and Coin/Nugget Pocket are all my design.

"Conceived in The Great State of Texas-- and now made in the rugged and wild Great State of Nevada!
